Product Designer, Complex Systems
I design at inflection points — moments where a decision shapes what comes next.
I focus on complex digital products and the systems behind them, working across mobile, web, and platform services with an emphasis on clarity, responsibility, and long-term impact.
My work often sits where multiple roles, permissions, and expectations intersect. I’m drawn to early problem-framing, thoughtful collaboration, and defining boundaries that help products scale without losing coherence. Rather than optimizing for what ships fastest, I look for decisions that will still make sense as the product evolves.
I design for responsibility, not just interaction. Authority structures, permissions, and system logic matter as much as screens and flows. I’m most energized by work that compounds over time instead of resetting with each release, and by solutions that hold up under shifting priorities and constraints.
I’m particularly interested in projects that improve access, learning, and wellbeing — areas where thoughtful design can reduce friction and create lasting value.
Navigating platform expansion in a healthcare workforce system.
Navigating sudden pivots and client-driven requests while protecting long-term product direction.
